To start an on-line account, go to the CCBill On-line Account Signup Form, available from the CCBill home page, http://businesscenter.ccbill.com.

NOTE: If required, website hosting is available from http//:www.cavecreek.com.

Before beginning the sign up process, collect all pertinent information about your Website:

Business Information - Federal Tax Id (US only) or Business License Number

Principal or Primary Contact Information - Social Security Number, Drivers License Number, or Passport Number

Technical Contact Information - E-mail Address for correspondence and Phone Number

Web Site Information - Website information (Site name, site URL, members area URL, estimated monthly billing and hosting service provider), Hosting Company Name, and FTP Information (host name, username, password, initial home directory).

Banking Information (required for wire payment) - Account Name, Routing Number, SWIFT Number [foreign], Bank Name and Bank Address).

Every mandatory field is marked with a red asterisk to indicate that the information is required. If any questions arise during the sign up process about the type of information that needs to be entered into the forms, consult the appropriate field descriptions.
